Dr Mehmet Oz recommends resveratrol, why? This is a featured page

Dr Oz, "Doctor of America", is talking about his secret resveratrol formula:

Best Resveratrol Sources

Resveratrol, a new drug discovered to have incredible health benefits, has been found in many natural substances. Resveratrol sources range from grapes to berries to flowers. It is a natural substance, and therefore it is found in many places.

One of the better-known resveratrol sources is red wine. Red wine has been suspected to be healthy for many years, but until the discovery of resveratrol, we never knew why. Resveratrol is found in the skin of red grapes, and therefore in red wine. Red wine is also fermented, which concentrates resveratrol.
Resveratrol sources include mostly fruits, such as cranberries, blueberries, etc. Certain berries have a higher concentration than others, but almost every berry out there has at least some resveratrol in it. If you plan on eating berries for their resveratrol content, keep in mind that cooking or even heating up berries significantly lowers the amount of resveratrol in them, as the drug is very sensitive to heat.

Another one of the many resveratrol sources is flowers. Traces of resveratrol can be found in almost every flower, but like fruit, certain flowers have much higher concentrations. Mulberries, eucalyptus, spruce, and lilies have been found to contain the highest concentration of resveratrol.

Perhaps the best of the resveratrol sources is the drug in pill or capsule form. Since it was discovered to be healthy, pharmaceutical companies have began producing resveratrol in high-concentration capsules. These capsules contain the highest concentration of resveratrol, and can usually be found at your local pharmacy or health foods store in capsule or powder form.
