Resveratrol, a new drug discovered to have incredible health benefits, has been found in many natural substances. Resveratrol sources range from grapes to berries to flowers. It is a natural substance, and therefore it is found in many places.

One of the better-known resveratrol sources is red wine. Red wine has been suspected to be healthy for many years, but until the discovery of resveratrol, we never knew why.
